Terms and Conditions
1. To be eligible to win tickets as detailed below, you must:
– LIKE the competition post on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/paranormalprojectaus or http://www.facebook.com/eventswithspirit
– SIGN UP to our newsletter via https://www.paranormalproject.com.au/latest-news/poltergeist-double-pass-giveaway
– COMMENT in the giveaway area further below on the Paranormal Projects website by TELLING US in 50 words or less; What would you do if there was a poltergeist in your house? Plus state your suburb.2. Entry is open from 8pm on Thursday 30 April 2015 to Australian residents and who are over the age of 18 years.
2. One entry per person for this competition.
3. All entry tickets which are incomprehensible or not submitted by the close date and time stated in section 3 will be deemed invalid.
4. The Promoter is Paranormal Project and Events With Spirit.
5. Entry is open from 8pm on Thursday 30 April 2015 to Australian residents and who are over the age of 18 years.
6. Entry closes at 8am on Friday 15 May 2015.
7. The winner of the prize detailed in section 1 will be determined by selection on creativity as outline in section 1. Winners will be selected by a panel of representatives of the Promoter who, at their discretion, will select the best answer/s based upon originality and creativity. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every entrant. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. There are a total of 15 double passes for the preview screening of Poltergeist on May 20th 2015 which will be awarded with this competition.
9. Winners will be announced via email/Facebook Friday 15 May 2015.
10. If, despite every reasonable effort, Paranormal Project/Events With Spirit cannot contact a prize winner, the prize will be redrawn as specified in section 9.
11. Prize will be made available to the winner to pick up at the event. No way does the prize include transport or accommodation or anything other than what is outlined in section 1.
12. Prize is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
13. Paranormal Project/Events With Spirit has absolute discretion and reserves all rights to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that it deems is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.
14. The winners of this competition consent that Paranormal Project/Events With Spirit may use their name and image for the purpose of publicity and promotion on its Facebook page.
15. PP/EWS does not accept responsibility for late entries or any other entries which are not properly received.
16. PP/EWS will not be liable for any damages or loss suffered as a result of entry into this competition or as a result of using the prize.
17. PP/EWS’s decision in relation to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. All entrants agree to all Terms and Conditions set out in this document.
