Paranormal Project Presents –
★THE MANOR GHOST TOUR★
Let the team from Paranormal Project will guide you around the grounds of the historical Manor (formerly Bungunyah Manor), where you will use state of the art equipment to investigate the reported experiences of paranormal activity.
The team psychics will also be conducting readings for some on the night.
This venue is no stranger to spooky stories. A grand piano in the bar area had all of its internal workings removed after unsettled visitors reported hearing the musical instrument play itself.
Also, a child spirit who is believed to spend a lot of time haunting room 10, reportedly likes to move things like jewellery and car keys around. Guests have complained of being poked or whispered to while trying to drift off to sleep plus some guests have left in the middle of the night running scared!!!

★GHOST HUNT AGENDA:
(estimated guide only – timings can change on the night)
6.15pm to 7.15pm – Arrival of guests can take place during this time
Meet in the Gazebo area out the back of the restaurant
During this time you will has a chance to have a mini angel reading with one of the psychic’s from the Paranormal Project team members.
7.15pm – Official Welcome
7.30pm – Tour Starts
9.15pm – Group comes together for final clearings and goodbyes
9.30pm – Guests to depart by this time

– You should understand that you are participating at your own risk.
– You should dress appropriately for the venue. Sensible footwear should be worn at all times as uneven ground is present at many of these venues. Raincoats and umbrellas should be brought if it’s raining.
– If you’re attending the dinner, bring a change of shoes with you.
– Instructions from the guides should be followed at all times.
– People are to remain with the tour and not wander off on their own.
– Any person arriving at the venue who is obviously under the influence of drugs/alcohol will not be permitted at the event. Please note that if this is the case there will be no refund of payment received for the event.
– No Smoking rules apply in some of these venues. Car park and street smoking is allowed.
– Venues should be respected. Unacceptable behaviour will result in the event being halted and the person asked to leave. No refund will be received.
– Please note that events are not suitable for children under 16.
– There is no guarantee you will see or feel any ghost or spirit interaction.
